Autograph signature of Union General Seth Williams, who served as assistant adjutant general of the Army of the Potomac between August 1861 and March 1864. The signature was previously cut from a larger document and set on a mount measuring about 7 5/8” x 9 1/2”. Actual length of the cut segment is about 3 1/4”.
